Double Chocolate Mousse
White Chocolate Mousse -
Genoise layers filled with white chocolate mousse and iced with buttercream. Garnished with white dipped berries and chocolate curls.

Chocolate Raspberry Mousse - Devil's chocolate cake filled with raspberry butter cream and dark chocolate mousse. Iced with raspberry butter cream, dark chocolate glaze and garnished with dipped berries and chocolate curls.

White Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse
Carrot -
Loaded with spiced carrots and decorated with cream cheese frosting and covered with toasted walnuts.
Red Velvet -
Ruby red rich Velvet layers sandwiched with cream cheese frosting and garnished with fresh berries and raspberry white chocolate.
Mocha -
Genoise layers filled with white and dark chocolate mousse. Finished with espresso butter cream and chocolate glaze and garnished with chocolate dipped coffee beans and curls.
Coconut Cream -
Fresh coconut cream filled layers of vanilla genoise.Iced with butter cream and smothered in shredded coconut.
German Chocolate -
Devil's chocolate caked filled and iced with a rich butter pecan coconut frosting and garnished with chocolate dipped pecans and chocolate glaze.
